Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Goggles (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Goggles provides basketball data, statistics, analytics, and AI-generated scouting reports. Parts of the Service are available without an account; account-specific features (following, notifications, scouting reports) require signing in, and premium analytics require an active subscription.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a third-party identity provider (Google). You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your account secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans and one-off purchases (such as scouting reports) are billed through our payment provider. Prices, billing periods, and promotional discounts are shown at checkout. Subscriptions run for the purchased period and do not renew automatically unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute data from the Service;
  • Resell or commercially exploit content without written permission;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or circumvent access controls;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and compiled statistics, is owned by Goggles or its licensors. Team and league names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners.

7. AI-generated content

Scouting reports are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness, and they should not be the sole basis for any decision.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goggles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
